The age of the trees varies. The most established trees are 20 yrs old and the youngest have been planted this year.
Current production is 14,000 trays p.a. Future production is estimated at 20,000 trays p.a.
500 trees to be planted with room for approx. another 400 trees.
Water supply is guaranteed as the farm has it's own lake providing water for irrigation. 2 bores are also available for irrigation.
Other Features
The 'farm house' is set a few metres back from the beautiful lake which is also home to resident swans, ducks and pukekos. The home is a real retreat after a day's work as the only sounds you hear are the cows across the lake or the birds on the water.
It is a modern home comprising 4 bedrooms - master with ensuite, 2 bathrooms, office, deck overlooking lake and a double garage with internal access.
